I do love this one. Using the Adobe Kuler online application, random selected images and a lot of random AS3 scripts, i wanted to create… guess what ? Yeah ! A random painting generator, which works quite well. You can generate a new Painting by clicking, and you can almost endlessy get a new and unique drawing. Paint !
Wowwee Design
A quilckly-made website for my friends at Wowwee Design in Sydney, nothing’s so particular, it’s all dynamic and works pretty well in the dockmenu Mac-like feeling. Hey, ho, go Lego ! :)
Faces / print
For the first exhibitions we made with some friends at Upian.com, I designed five posters from my “Faces” collection, each is 70×50 cm and made from unique portraits (almost 1200 faces at the end). It was a pleasure to do this as a final point of my three years portraits work in Paris. Smile !

The Big Nothing
Nothing to say about…the Big Nothing. Send a message, receive one, it’s that simple and private. All the messages are deleted after they’re received, so they’re all quite unique. That could be considered as an anti-Twitter and other social networks application. Anyway, I had a lot of fun doing the endless AS3 based random animation. Write !

My submission to 2008 Flash Festival in Paris, who was in the Florilege of the festival selection. Simple AS3 sound-based and xml-driven experiment, with Kacendre’s pictures… in the end, a random generated clip i really loved doing. Watch !
U-Reverse Experiments
The REVERSE experimentations
As a matter of fact to celebrate the U-Reverse exhibitions, Misspo, Dav and I ended up doing a junk video of some reversed reality experiments. This was a lot of fun to cam, and Mortenson and Kruty helped us to do the great job. Thanx to everyone and… Reverse !

My first attempt in creating a random generated clip. Using AS3, timers and Compute Spectrum, i tried to create some cool sound-driven animations. The music is from Devotchka so… Listen !
Faces
Another Flickr-based application called “Faces”. After three years in Paris, I ended up with more than a thousand night portraits of people i met all over the city, so i decided to set up a little website, easily updatable to put all the pictures. The faces also ended on five posters i did fot the U-Reverse exhibitions, online soon. Face it !

You’re dead this morning… are you interested in what’s coming next ? Lettr
A basic but funny Flickr-based typemachine powered by the AS2 Flashr class. Type words, and the application finds photos of letters on the Flickr.com platform to write them. Lettr it to your friends !
Presidentielles.net 2007
Imagine : 40 people, from all artistic and editorial skills, working together over 6 months, to create THE presidential web-speaking platform made by Upian.com. This, is called Presidentielles.net, seconde edition ! Animation, clips, posts, parody, humor, cynism, strips, games and… FUN ! I mainly worked on the “Pimp your candidate” program and did all the “Strip” thing. Plus many little things you’ll discover while surfing on this huge program. Presidentielles.net rules !
Busta Spectrum
My first shot using the AS3 Compute Spectrum class. I love the iThing-like feeling of the whole stuff. The animation reacts mostly to bass to change background colors and ink spot’s positions, and to treble to move the particles. Turn on your speakers !
Objectif Respect
A webdocumentary for the parisian subway’s operator (RATP) speaks about bad customer’s habits. Lot’s of stuff inside, including games, videos, comics, polls and more… and i did almost all the flash dev and animation. You people show a little more R-E-S-P-E-C-T !
Worms
Fractal AS3 experiment used for the Big Nothing Project. This opened the door to many other fractal stuff i did.
Basically, the worms are randomly generated and colored, nothing’s too complicated, but i love the psychedelic feeling once you let it draw for a minute or so. Don’t watch it for too long !
